If FormaLM offers team, organization, or workspace features, organization users
may need to provide organization name, team size, member emails, roles, billing
information, workspace settings, and optional organization logos or related

c. Content and Creation Information
When you use our Services, we may collect information that you submit, upload,
import, generate, edit, save, export, or share through the Services. This may
include:
Prompts, instructions, text inputs, topics, outlines, notes, or drafts.
Files, images, screenshots, URLs, documents, or other materials you provide.
Selected formats, templates, layout choices, style preferences, and output
settings.
Generated outputs, including visual content, web pages, carousels,
infographics, short-form video materials, audio materials, structured
documents, and other supported formats.
Edits, feedback, ratings, regeneration requests, and product interactions
related to generated outputs.
Metadata related to content creation, such as creation time, format type,
export method, sharing status, and usage history.
Such information may contain Personal Data depending on what you choose to
submit or generate.
d. Payment and Subscription Information
If you purchase paid features, subscriptions, credits, or other paid services,
payment-related information may be processed by third-party payment providers
such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other applicable payment processors.
We may receive limited payment-related information, such as your subscription
status, plan type, transaction identifier, billing email, payment status, renewal date,
cancellation status, and invoice-related information. We do not directly store your
full credit card number or full payment credentials unless otherwise stated at the
time of collection.

you contact us for support, feedback, bug reports, complaints, legal requests,

FormaLM provides AI-assisted content creation and formatting features. To
operate these features, we may process your prompts, inputs, uploaded content,
selected formats, settings, edits, and generated outputs.
Depending on the feature, your content may be processed by us and/or by third-
party AI model providers or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We take
steps designed to limit such processing to what is necessary to provide and
improve the Services, maintain safety, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.
You should not submit content containing highly sensitive Personal Data,
confidential information, trade secrets, or information you are not authorized to
use.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your
intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output
before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
